About the Role

Apptad Technologies is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (MDM) to drive business growth across the US, UK, and EMEA markets. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise technology solutions, strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, and a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with enterprise customers, solution consultants, and delivery teams while driving revenue growth in the rapidly evolving data management landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise opportunities for MDM solutions and services.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across target accounts.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Sell solutions related to Informatica IDMC, Reltio, SAP MDG, and associated data management services.
  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project handoff.
  • Develop account growth strategies and identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments within the MDM ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Inside Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales experience in B2B SaaS, Data Management, IT Services, or Consulting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one MDM platform:
  • Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
  • Reltio
  • SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG)
  • Demonstrated success in closing enterprise deals valued at $50,000+.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with global customers across the US, UK, and EMEA regions.
  • Comfortable working across India and US business hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Data-focused organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
