Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive with a strong focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through targeted outbound campaigns, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research
  2. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities
  3. Maintain and update CRM with accurate and complete information on leads and prospects
  4. Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with ongoing campaigns
  6. Follow up on past interactions and re-engage cold leads
  7. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings scheduled

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Up to 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT products
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  4. Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Apollo)
  5. Ability to research target markets and identify key decision-makers
  6. High level of motivation, adaptability, and result orientation

Preferred:

  • Exposure to logistics or supply chain industry will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
