Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing Small and Medium Business accounts while proactively acquiring new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling. You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Manage a portfolio of existing Small and Medium Business accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that increase account value and long-term revenue.
- Acquire New Business: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by identifying potential new clients through outbound prospecting and networking to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage Sales Operations: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track all sales activities, forecast potential revenue, and provide daily updates to management on deal progress and business growth potential.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, specifically within a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including proven expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Proven ability in negotiation, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
