This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in IT Park, Chandigarh. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients. Daily activities will also include identifying new business opportunities, devising sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to build trust and ensure successful client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
