Job Description

Job Summary

HNS GOLD is looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join its Lead Management Department at the New Town Corporate Office, Kolkata. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer leads, engaging prospective customers, qualifying business opportunities, scheduling branch visits, and supporting business conversion through effective follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Engagement

  • Contact prospective customers generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding HNS GOLD's gold buying services.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain regular follow-up communication.
  • Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and requests.

Lead Qualification & Conversion Support

  • Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer intent.
  • Schedule customer appointments and coordinate branch visits.
  • Follow up with customers to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer handling and business closure.
  • Maintain high lead-to-walk-in and lead-to-conversion ratios.

CRM & Data Management

  • Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
  • Track lead status and maintain complete records of customer communication.
  • Generate daily activity reports and lead conversion reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication.
  • Address customer concerns and queries effectively.
  • Conduct post-interaction follow-ups to improve customer engagement.
  • Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with management.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

  • 1- 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or CRM Operations.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali/Assamee
  • Strong customer handling and persuasion abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
