Salary: 20,000 – 27,000 per month

Experience: Relevant sales experience preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing startup. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, new client acquisition, client relationship management, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with incoming leads.
Convert leads into Digital Marketing Course admissions.
Acquire new clients for our Digital Marketing Services.
Handle and convert Real Estate and other business-related leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right course or service.
Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Languages: Tamil and English.
Target-oriented and confident in handling customers.
Willing to take responsibility and work independently.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in Digital Marketing, Education/Training, or Real Estate sales will be an advantage.
