Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Coimbatore. The role focuses on engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right course.
You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into enrollments. This includes connecting with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, building trust, and providing the right information to help them make decisions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle, from first contact to closure, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and achieving monthly revenue targets. You will also work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth user journey and align with overall growth goals.
