Salary / CTC:

₹2.4 Lac – ₹5.5 Lac P.A. (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Description:

We are a premier E-Learning looking for highly driven Inside Sales / Outbound Sales professionals to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will consult, guide, and upsell premium courses and packages to high-intent working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sales Conversion: Initiate outbound consultative calls to pre-qualified leads and working professionals.

• Consultative Selling: Understand candidate aspirations and present the value proposition of our educational programs and career packages to align with their goals.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain high daily talk-time, manage systematic follow-ups, and drive closures.

• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.

Strict Eligibility Criteria (Please read carefully before applying):

• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 2+ years of hardcore experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Outbound Sales.

• Stability Mandate: Minimum 2 continuous years of tenure with your current or previous employer. Profiles with frequent job switches or short stints will be automatically filtered out.

• Freshers: Highly energetic freshers are welcome ONLY if you are a recent Graduate from a reputed college with excellent verbal English communication skills.

• Location: 100% Office-based role in Hyderabad (Candidates must be residing in or willing to immediately relocate to Hyderabad).
