We are a fast-growing, design-led jewellery house specializing in bespoke, high-value pieces. From engagement rings to one-of-a-kind pendants, our strength lies in personalisation, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful designs. As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Strategist who can not only close leads—but build the systems that make it happen.
Your Role:
As our Sales Strategist, you'll take ownership of our sales pipeline—from lead to loyal customer. You'll work at the intersection of design, marketing, and operations to craft a seamless journey for every client who reaches out to us.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and refine lead-to-customer conversion strategies
✅ Set up systems (CRM, workflows, scripts) for tracking and nurturing leads
✅ Collaborate with jewellery designers to present ideas that close sales
✅ Identify sales bottlenecks and improve response time & engagement
✅ Train and guide junior sales team members (if needed)
✅ Use data to optimise conversion rates and customer satisfaction
✅ Communicate with leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email in a structured, professional way
