Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the IT infrastructure space. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the IT infra industry and experience working with System Integrators (SIs), OEMs to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for IT infrastructure products (servers, storage, networking, security, data center solutions, etc.) through calls, emails, and online research
• Build and maintain relationships with System Integrators to identify business opportunities
• Maintain and update CRM/sales tracker with accurate pipeline, opportunity status, and forecast data
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to move opportunities through the sales cycle
• Stay updated on IT infrastructure trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably within the IT infrastructure/IT hardware industry
• Prior experience working with System Integrators, distributors, or channel partners is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IT products servers, storage, networking, security solutions, cloud/data center offerings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic quotation/proposal preparation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a target-driven environment
