Role Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing lead generation, identifying sales opportunities, contacting potential customers, and building strong relationships to achieve sales goals. The role also involves addressing customer needs, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to revenue growth and brand expansion.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software, with a results-driven mindset
  • Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive approach
