Job Location : Andheri East - Chakala

Mon - Fri | Work From Office

Designation : Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CEO, CFO, and senior finance stakeholders at enterprise-level customers.
  • Drive new B2B customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, qualification, and consultative engagement.
  • Address complex customer queries around trade finance products, structures, pricing, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer conversion and activation.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting trade finance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, enterprise sales, or B2B financial services sales.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals independently and manage long sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer requirements.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing structured sales pipelines
