Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves understanding customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth by driving the full cycle of the sales process. You will represent Crio in client interactions, build relationships, and ensure an exceptional experience with prospective customers.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
