Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Vadodara. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating product value propositions.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B sales or sales management experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or engineering software
• Deep HubSpot CRM expertise — sequences, pipeline management, reporting, lead scoring; must be able to build from scratch, not just use
• Strong product demonstration skills — comfortable running a full technical product demo with a senior construction industry audience
• Excellent spoken and written English — you are dealing with UK, Middle East, Australian, and US stakeholders
• Track record of connecting sales activity to measurable pipeline outcomes — demos booked, deals progressed, revenue influenced.
