Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and outbound outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches over calls or virtual meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals assigned by the company.
- Update lead status, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.
