This is a full-time remote position for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, and building strong relationships to drive sales and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining consistent communication with clients, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions to enhance their experience with BotMax AI's products. The specialist will also play an integral role in ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing customer engagement.

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients
• Track record of achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and within a remote team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with chatbot technology or SaaS solutions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
