Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The role involves managing inside sales activities including lead generation, client communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing and managing quotations, building client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process to achieve organizational goals. The candidate is also expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and contribute to a team-oriented culture
  • Previous experience in industrial products or instrumentation-related industries is a plus
  • Relevant certification, diploma, or bachelor's degree in a related field
