Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results driven Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to join our growing team.
The ide

l candidate will have a strong background in B2C consultative sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and CRM management. Candidates with prior EdTech sales experience will be preferred.

• Engag

with prospective learners and parents to understand their educational and career goals.• Qualif
y leads and convert prospects into successful enrollments through consultative selling.• Manage
the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.• Consis
tently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.• Build
and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.• Handle
customer objections effectively and help prospects make informed decisions.• Mainta
in accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.• Collab
orate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
.

What We're Looking For
• 3–6 y
e
ars of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2C Sales.• Prior
experience in EdTech sales is preferred.• Proven
track record of revenue generation and target achievement.• Strong
consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.• Hands-
on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.• Excell
ent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.• Self-m
otivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven approach.• Gradua
te degree preferred
.
