Key Responsibilities:
1 Identify and connect with B2B brands exporting internationally through online research,
databases, and inbound leads
2 Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
3 Understand client requirements and pitch ShipGlobal's international shipping solutions
4 Conduct product/service demos and explain pricing, delivery timelines, and benefits
5 Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account activation
6 Maintain strong follow-ups to convert prospects into active shippers
7 Coordinate with operations and key account teams for seamless client experience
8 Maintain CRM records of leads, conversations, and conversions
9 Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, onboarding, and revenue generation
Key Requirements:
1 Minimum 1 year of experience with onboarding D2C Brands
2 Preferably from logistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or international shipping industry
3 Strong understanding of B2B brands and cross-border eCommerce
4 Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
5 Experience in using CRM tools and online lead generation platforms
6 Self-motivated with a target-driven mindsets
