Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation, reaching out to potential customers via phone or email to present and sell Aditi Tracking's telematics solutions. The role involves nurturing customer relationships, understanding clients business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process while contributing to revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining detailed sales records is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and meet sales targets.
- Experience in telematics, fleet management, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
