About the team:

At Ninja Tech Ventures, we are revolutionizing the Indian food supply chain through cutting-edge technology and analytics. Our platform addresses critical challenges across the food ecosystem, catering to verticals such as FMCG, Dairy, F&V, E-grocery, Food Processing, Food Exports, and Supermarkets. We enable businesses to digitize and optimize their supply chain operations, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Build customer databases for out-bound reach-outs thorough market research on the Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP) and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Identify and target prospective clients within the food supply chain verticals, including FMCG, Dairy, Food Processing, and E-grocery etc. in India
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

Sales Execution:

  • Generate BANT qualified leads and meet the monthly quota set for the same.
  • Meeting the daily target of cold calling, email reach-outs etc as agreed
  • Setting up first level appointments (discovery calls) with the relevant stakeholders, week on week.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with operations to align sales activities, vendor management, client follow-ups where necessary
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights on a weekly bases
  • Maintaining a daily timesheet underling his/hers efforts.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Lead generation, software sales, solution sales
  • Qualification : B.com/MBA
  • Excellent communication and strong researching skills
