About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with strong communication skills and proven experience in selling IT services to US or UK/Europe markets. The ideal candidate thrives in prospecting, cold outreach, and opening doors in new accounts. They will be well-versed with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) to boost productivity and engagement, and have a track record of generating qualified opportunities across Data & AI, Cloud, GenAI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Product Engineering.
This role will primarily target prospects in ISVs,Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing & Logistics, Telecommunications, and Media & Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified client meetings through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email prospecting.
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture prospects in the US/UK IT services market across named industries.
- Use AI tools to craft compelling email campaigns, follow-ups, and boost response rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a healthy and qualified pipeline.
- Understand client challenges across Data & AI, Cloud, GenAI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Product Engineering, and position relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of inside sales/business development experience in IT services with a strong focus on US or UK/Europe markets.
- Must have IT services selling experience to prospects in Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing & Logistics, Telecommunications, and Media & Entertainment, ISVs industries.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and hunter-style roles with measurable results in generating qualified meetings.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT services (Data & AI, Cloud, GenAI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Digital Product Engineering).
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Demonstrated ability to execute cold calls, design follow-up strategies, and secure client meetings through persistent outbound efforts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
