What You'll Do

Sales & Growth

• Convert leads generated through marketing channels
• Consistently achieve revenue targets
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
• Build a strong sales pipeline through referrals

Customer Success

• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant courses
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
• Share customer feedback to improve product offerings

Operations

• Manage end-to-end sales support from pre-sales to post-sales
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across geographies

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to work night shifts
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in SALES
• Neutral accent for interacting with global customers
• Willingness to work from office and grow quickly
