Job Summary:
MantraCare is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist – B2C to handle client interactions, lead conversions, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining services, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining a professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound B2C sales inquiries
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain MantraCare services and solutions to clients
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly
- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Relevant experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or Client Handling preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with target-based work environment
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred
- Comfortable working from office for 6 days a week
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industry
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
