Position: Inside Sales Specialist – B2C

Company: MantraCare

Location: West Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Job Summary:

MantraCare is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist – B2C to handle client interactions, lead conversions, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining services, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining a professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound B2C sales inquiries
  • Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Explain MantraCare services and solutions to clients
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Follow up with prospective clients regularly
  • Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Relevant experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or Client Handling preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with target-based work environment
  • Good interpersonal and convincing abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred
  • Comfortable working from office for 6 days a week

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industry
  • Strong follow-up and lead management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
