Job Summary
The required profile will be engaged in calling on the corporate database and will connect with the HR leaders to generate the appointments for the Team Lead (Director) for in-person meetings to pitch Corp Wellness programme. The profile will also engage in meeting the clients themselves and following end-to-end cycle from pitching to final closing. They will also be assisting in organizing the Investor Awareness programs as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- A detailed list of the specific duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Tele calling on the Database to generate appointments with the HR Leaders to pitch the financial wellness proposition
- Mailing and tracking the follow ups for the appointment closures.
- Client meeting on the appointments as and when required.
- Relationship Management for the general enquiries once the client is signing the agreement for smooth onboarding.
- Database search for the new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates/MBA from any stream, with experience of more than 5 + years in the similar profile.
Skills And Experience
- The candidate should be from the Tele calling background, who have sold high end products (Citibank, Amex Credit Cards)/Corp Solutions/Software Solutions. Candidates from the BPO Industries etc.
