Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves communicating product benefits effectively and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry, is a plus
• Btech/BE/MBA in any specialisation.
