Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
Understand customer needs and business challenges
Qualify prospects and pass them to sales executives
Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings
Maintain and update CRM data regularly
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong communication & interpersonal skills (verbal + written)
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Good research skills (lead generation, data mining, account mapping)
Willingness to learn cloud solutions & SaaS products
Ability to understand customer pain points and pitch solutions
Target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office / CRM tools

Eligibility

Education: HSC / Graduation preferred
Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Freshers can apply)
