Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with strong IT Sales expertise — specifically in EUC (End User Computing), Servers & Networking — to join our team and help drive business growth.

Job Location: On-Site at Navi Mumbai

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and engage high-value IT clients
• Qualify leads and convert them into long-term opportunities
• Manage pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
• Build strong client relationships to maximize retention, upselling, and cross-selling
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and generate qualified leads
• Engage CXO-level executives, IT Heads, and key decision makers to influence strategic buying decisions
• Achieve revenue targets through disciplined execution and innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven success in inside sales or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team success
• Prior experience in IT Sales (EUC, Networking, Servers) is a must
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence CXO-level executives, IT Heads, and decision makers.
