About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (Fresher) to join our team in

Noida. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing bids,

navigating GeM and other procurement portals, and ensuring smooth coordination between

account managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Navigating Bids on GeM / Procurement Portals (Hardware & Software).

Allocating bids to the respective Account Manager for further processing.

Tracking and monitoring bid status, including clarifications, corrigenda, and

representations.

Preparing budgetary documents and reports as required for accounts.

Managing GeM Catalog uploading and updating items in the online catalog on the GeM

portal.

Coordinating with internal teams for bid-related requirements and documentation.

Maintaining accurate records of bids, submissions, and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong interest in sales, business development, and procurement processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to digital procurement platforms.
