Role Overview:
The Internal Sales Representative will support the sales team through customer coordination, order processing, documentation, and backend sales activities. This role acts as a key link between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vendor registration management
• Customer coordination for IATF/required documents
• ERP order tracking & dispatch follow-ups
• Secondary customer contact support
• Order (OR) & Sales Request (SR) entry
• Quote & Proforma Invoice generation
• Exhibition coordination & customer engagement
• Marketing support for campaigns/events
• Product updates communication to clients
• Payment follow-ups support
• CRM management for leads & accounts
