Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving sales targets. This role requires a proactive mindset to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • 06-1 year of Experience in IT Sales
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Cold Calling
  • Experience in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong capabilities in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
