Role Overview & Key Details:

Position: Telesales Executive (Voice Process)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai (Strictly Work-From-Office)

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (Standard PF deductions apply) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Openings Across Multiple Languages:

We are actively looking for candidates who are fluent in speaking and understanding Hindi along with any of the following regional languages:

Marathi (High Priority)

Tamil

Punjabi

Gujarati

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Conversion: Proactively connect with existing customers whose 6-month free trial is ending and smoothly convert them into paid subscribers.

Consultative Outreach: Engage with users, understand their experience, and effectively showcase the value of a full subscription.

Target Driven: Manage high-volume daily calls to meet and exceed aggressive sales conversion targets.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: MANDATORY minimum of 6 months in dedicated Telesales or Direct Sales. (Voice process experience is a major plus!)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC or equivalent).

Language Skills: Complete fluency in Hindi and at least one of the target regional languages (Marathi/Tamil/Punjabi/Gujarati). Basic English understanding is required.
