Job Description
- Hands-on experience in SaaS sales, partner relationships, renewals, and cybersecurity, with exposure to the APAC market.
- Lead Generation & Database Management: Create and maintain a robust database of potential prospects. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and participation in events.
- Cold Calling & Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, schedule appointments, and generate interest in products and services.
- Client Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Identify client requirements and recommend tailored solutions to deliver maximum value.
- Presentations & Proposal Development: Develop and deliver compelling, informative presentations that clearly articulate product and service benefits.
- Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Develop account plans for new relationships and ensure continuous engagement.
- Sales Cycle & End-to-End Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Coordinate requirements, negotiate contracts, and close new business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
- Ownership & Independence: Take full ownership of the sales process, proactively driving results and business outcomes.
- Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and timelines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written business communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Strong ability to assess client needs and deliver customized product or service recommendations.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and sales goals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with a client-centric approach.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of sales objectives, and execute strategies without close supervision.
