Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Kakori. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, handling leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will need to build strong relationships, address customer inquiries, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address and resolve client needs
  • Strong Account Management skills for building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement and presentations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting team goals
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in the B2B space, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
