Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Mode: Onsite

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with an IT background to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. The role focuses on promoting our IT products and solutions (Adobe and Microsoft) to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential clients using Google and LinkedIn.
  • Contact prospects through telecalling, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Market company products and solutions to new clients to drive business growth.
  • Research prospects and build strong professional relationships.
  • Schedule physical on-site meetings for seniors with clients.
  • Sell products and solutions while keeping clients updated on offerings and developments.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing technical support and competitive commercials.
  • Act as a customer ambassador within the organization, representing client needs and feedback.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Candidate must have an IT background.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Adobe and Microsoft products/solutions.
  • Preferring female candidates only.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in telecalling.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or client outreach (preferably in IT software/products).
