Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide continuous support to the Channel Sales team during field visits and customer interactions.
- Coordinate closely with the Nashik and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar teams for business development activities.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with Channel Partners, RDs, and customers.
- Quotation & Pricing Management
- Prepare and share quotations with customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Regional Distributors (RDs) to obtain updated pricing and product availability.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing before sharing with customers.
- Customer Communication & Followups
- Follow up with customers for quotation approvals, order updates, and closure of sales.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and any required documentation.
- Order Processing & Documentation
- Support the sales team in order processing, tracking, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Update internal systems with customer details, quotation data, and order-related information.
Education
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate (Any stream)
Experience
- Minimum 12 years in the IT industry (Information Technology)
Must Have
- Fluent English communication Must
- Fluency in Hindi is also required.
- Basic knowledge of Servers, Computers, Printers, Networking, Peripherals, Software, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal and external teams
