Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored to the Indian and the Middle East market, leveraging database extraction and analysis.
Rigorously qualify leads using the BANT criteria and ensure alignment with the Buyer Persona to maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize technical and marketing content effectively in the sales process, ensuring alignment with the Buyer Persona.
Stay informed about client's product offerings, market trends, and database insights for effective client communication.
Use CRM tools for lead tracking, sales activity reporting, and performance analysis, incorporating database insights.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market needs, trends, and database
analytics.
Conduct regular market analysis and database insights review to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required:
3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Marathi Regional Language Proficiency.
Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and database analysis in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of lead qualification methodologies, including BANT, and alignment with the Buyer Persona.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and database analysis tools.
In-depth knowledge of market, industry trends, and database analytics.
