Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will perform daily activities such as generating and managing leads, identifying client needs, providing excellent customer service, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue opportunities that drive revenue
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster relationships and address client needs
  • Experience with Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is preferred
  • Previous experience in IT sales or familiarity with IT services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
