Description and Requirements
The inside sales team within the Lenovo direct business is responsible for supporting existing customer base and driving new customer acquisition via outbound calls This is a critical role which will be responsible to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
. Sales of Lenovo products, services, and solutions to SMB sector clients.
. Solution selling the entire Lenovo Portfolio, including (but not limited to) Lenovo hardware, managed services, Cloud based software offerings, Enterprise Datacenter products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire order journey
. Manage and develop your assigned customers to maximize Lenovo's revenue and margin and expand customer satisfaction. Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements.
. Strategic cooperation in the alignment of Mobility via Workplace and Datacenter
. Independent development and expansion of business relationships with existing and new customers
. Collaboration with different departments and ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve required results.
. Documentation of sales activities and pipeline management in Microsoft Dynamics 365
. One Face to the Customer: You are the first contact person at Lenovo for your customers - from the enquiry to escalation management.
. Differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities.
. Achieve set weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Targets
