Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing and expanding customer accounts, generating new leads, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, presenting suitable course options, resolving inquiries, and contributing to sales targets. Additionally, the role demands close coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and skilled in lead generation and conversion
• Familiarity with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
• Experience in Account Management with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele
• Goal-driven and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment at our Noida location
• Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
