Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Inside Sales Representative is based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads, engaging with potential clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, the individual will proactively communicate with clients, present our products and services, address customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying and converting prospective clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure client relationships are nurtured and maintained
  • Experience with Account Management, including ongoing communication and support for existing clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Knowledge of loan lifecycle management products or the financial services industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
