Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will manage and engage with potential customers to drive sales and revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, managing customer accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The role requires maintaining thorough knowledge of the company's offerings and effectively communicating value to clients.

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in B2C sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
