A fast-growing SaaS and B2B tech solutions provider operating across India, we empower mid-market and enterprise businesses with scalable digital tools for sales acceleration, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Our Inside Sales team is the engine of our go-to-market strategy—driving pipeline, converting leads, and building long-term customer relationships through consultative, data-driven outreach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into demo bookings and pipeline opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct consistent daily outreach to target accounts using CRM-backed scripts and objection-handling frameworks to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, nurture campaigns, and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Master product knowledge and position solutions based on buyer pain points, business size, and technical fit to accelerate deal velocity.
- Log all activities, update lead statuses, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Participate in weekly sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance and technique.
