Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities for our cloud-based products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT products and SaaS solutions.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and customer information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or IT product sales.
- Ability to build relationships with B2B clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or IT product sales.
- Prior experience working with global clients or in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and digital solutions.
