Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities for our cloud-based products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT products and SaaS solutions.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and customer information.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or IT product sales.
  • Ability to build relationships with B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or IT product sales.
  • Prior experience working with global clients or in B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and digital solutions.
