Position : Inside Sales Representative

 

Base Location : Bangalore - Basaveshwara Nagar

Qualification :   Diploma / Graduate

Min Requirement : 1.5 – 2 Years Experience with Good communication

Languages : English , Hindi & Kannada

Knowledge : IT product or Services / Telecommunication / Electronics Product knowledge would be most preferred.

 

Job Description :

Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Enable ten Sales Team with accurate information on the customer organisation structure & decision makers.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Understand the range of Product & Services offered, Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.

Order Processing:Accurately process sales orders and assist with logistics and delivery coordination. Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
