Job Description

Project Role : Inside Sales Representative

Project Role Description : Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, your day involves engaging with prospective learners to understand their career goals and guide them toward the most suitable deep-tech programs. You will consult with leads using a structured approach to drive enrollments, nurture relationships throughout the decision-making journey, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing the program selection and enrollment process while representing TalentSprint - Part of Accenture and partner brands with professionalism. Your role is dynamic, requiring strong communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with leads and enable them to enroll in right deeptech programs

Achieve enrollment and revenue objectives

Implement the selection and enrollment process for the program

Represent TalentSprint and Partner brands efficiently and professionally

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Cold calling, Communication skills, Sales, B2C Sales

Good To Have Skills: Proficiency in consultative sales and lead conversion.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence prospective learners.

Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Prior Experience In EdTech Is Required.

A graduate degree is required.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
