Role Description:

The Presales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for engaging prospective homebuyers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable project offerings and configurations. The Presales Manager will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct site visits and project walkthroughs, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact to closure. Daily activities include maintaining and updating lead pipelines, providing consultative support to buyers on project features and legal aspects, supporting marketing campaigns with presales inputs, and ensuring timely follow-up communication. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate customer feedback, improve presales processes, and contribute to meeting overall sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and client-facing skills to understand buyer needs and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance.
• Proficiency in Sales and Presales activities, including lead qualification, proposal development, presentations, and deal support.
• Experience in Project Management to coordinate timelines, track presales activities, and align with project and sales teams.
• Ability to work on Integration of presales processes with marketing, CRM systems, and post-sales handover for a seamless customer journey.
• Proven experience in real estate or related sectors(Minimum 3Yrs ), preferably in residential projects; knowledge of Bengaluru market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
