Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and Inbound Calling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases.
  • Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving customer queries.

Lead Generation & Follow-up:

  • Generate leads by identifying potential customers and understanding their requirements.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture interest and ensure ongoing communication.

Customer Service & Relationship Building:

  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships by addressing client needs effectively.

Product Knowledge & Pitching:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services.
  • Present product features and benefits clearly and engagingly.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.

Data Entry & Record Maintenance:

  • Accurately record customer interactions and information in CRM or internal systems.
  • Maintain organized records of calls, feedback, and customer responses.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls, leads, conversions, or appointments.
