About the Role

We are seeking a highly execution-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen and scale our Counsellor-preneur (CP) ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of operations, sales coordination, workshop execution, and conversion management. The objective is simple: ensure CPs are operationally enabled, workshops run at maximum efficiency, and every participant journey is tracked toward measurable conversion outcomes. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, comfortable with high-volume coordination and calling, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders across cities. Success in this role is defined by attendance rates, conversion performance, operational turnaround time, and actionable reporting.

What You'll Do

CP Operational Enablement

  • Support CPs with essential documentation and materials including compliance certificates, contracts, brochures, and workshop kits.
  • Monitor CP digital presence such as websites, service pages, testimonials, and compliance badges.
  • Track outreach activities including school follow-ups and lead progression across the CP network.
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers related to outreach training, material delivery, compliance clarifications, and proposals.
  • Serve as a coordination bridge between CPs and internal stakeholders.

Workshop Operations & Maximization

  • Execute reminder campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, and calls prior to workshops based on requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics across cities including venues, materials, and technical readiness.
  • Drive 80%+ attendance through personalized participant outreach.
  • Manage workshop calendars for a large and active CP base.
  • Ensure seamless workshop execution and escalation management.

Post-Workshop Conversion Engine

  • Follow up with attendees within 24 hours to capture feedback and initiate counselling conversations.
  • Qualify leads and schedule 1:1 counselling sessions aligned with CP territories.
  • Support achievement of workshop-to-paid counselling conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate master tracking sheets for outcome visibility.
  • Create structured feedback loops to improve conversion efficiency.

Network Performance & Insights

  • Build weekly dashboards covering outreach volume, workshop ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify high-performing and underperforming CPs and flag systemic issues.
  • Share actionable insights with CP leadership and cluster coaches.
  • Support data-driven decision-making for network growth.
