Inside Sales- Opening for Fresher's - E

Provide inside sales support, technical assistance, and product information to customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to support sales strategies and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts accurately and on time.
• Conduct product presentations and assist customers in selecting suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, accounts, and logistics teams for seamless service.
• Maintain and update sales activity reports, including leads, follow-ups, and performance updates to management.
